Do you accept telephone orders?

Yes we do! You can either call us or send us a SMS to +88017140 26 255 during the office time 9AM to 10PM. When you are about to call us for a Telephone order, please keeping note the bellow information-

Product ID: it’s just below the product title & above the product brand.

Shipping address: A details address where you want to get the item to be delivered.

In other case you can place order from us anytime at your preferred time around the clock 24/7 and 365 days in a year.

When will I get my order?

Delivery timeframes depend on where you want the item to be delivered.

Inside Dhaka

We deliver across the Dhaka City within 3 working days.

Outside Dhaka/ Whole Bangladesh

We delivery all major cities across the country via 3rd party courier as like as Sundarban, SA Paribahan.

Note: Most of our products we keep in stock and we usually dispatched on the same day [if the order placed order and get confirmed before 5 PM], Saturday through Thursday. If an order is placed after 5pm, it will usually be dispatched the next day.

I’ve made a mistake; can I change or cancel my order?
